We had a wonderful time in Bangkok and our stay at the Marriott was excellent. The location was close to the train and shopping, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and eager to help us.

Wonderful room, service, staff, dining. I was staying there when the earthquake hit Burma and affected Bangkok. The staff were so amazing. Got everyone out of the hotel, kept us safe, brought umbrellas and water (as it was hot outside), kept us updated on the situation, and made sure we were all ok. Beyond professional putting all of us first. Very impressive. I will never forget how great all these people were. Thank you.

A Happy Stay at a Clean Hotel

I am particular about cleanliness and I am very happy to say Courtyard Marriott has lived up to my expectations. Our room was clean and the double single beds were super comfortable with quality sheets and duvet. The bathroom towels were also clean and new. The services at the checkin desk and concierge were excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Tuk Tuk service was great. Although the hotel is near the heart, it does makes a lot of difference for older folks like us to be provided with a free Tuk Tuk service. Thank you!

Great value, friendly team, and good location

We were only in Bangkok one night as we were transiting from Krabi to Japan. The location has easy walking access to Centreworld. The room seemed modernized and very clean. And when it says non-smoking, it truly is non-smoking. (Stayed at a different hotel, same price range, down the street. Non-smoking room was advertised and booked but when we arrived, the room had definitely been smoked in recently prior to our arrival. Was sour about it because we arrived late at night and didn't have the energy to switch rooms at 3am.) The team members were very friendly and helpful--breaking our big bill so that we could provide exact amount for the tuktuk. The front desk were very friendly and were able to accommodate an early check in due to availability. We had stayed at a non-branded hotel earlier in the trip, maybe a little cheaper, same location and would stay at Courtyard over that place again next trip. In this location, i'd probably just stay at Courtyard going forward for all trips.
