Above and beyond

This hotel has all the comforts with outstanding service from all hotel staff. I arrived feeling unwell and Eve at reception went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms are very modern, clean and pool area is an oasis in a busy city!

I thought the property and food was good however paying taxis to go everywhere became expensive? Would of liked to be closer to sukhumvit? Otherwise if you are going to hang out by a pool, great place

Quiet location, great staff. A couple tasty dining options on-site. Backs onto a canal that is lush green with lots of birdlife and fish jumping. Nice central pool area with a poolside bar if you like. Is about a 30min trip to airport even though looks “right beside” BKK on the map. Not a negative, just be aware of this (Bangkok is a very big busy city so give yourself an hour each way to get places).

Wonderful customer service and clean rooms. I stayed here one night because I had an early morning flight the next day. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as your typical Bangkok accommodation though because it’s pretty far from everything (it’s about an hour via taxi to Siam Discovery).

We only stayed here one night at the end of our honeymoon. Of all the places we stayed in the two weeks, this was the highest rated star wise and more pricey. Unfortunately, it was the only place where the AC was subpar. It was a beautiful property though! Pool looked nice, but we didn’t have time to go in. We had a corner room. The bed, shower, bath and all was great. We ordered some fries from the restaurant late at night and they were yummy. Shuttle was very organized and communicated well to and from the airport. We also paid ahead of time to have breakfast the morning we left and they had it ready in perfect time to eat quick before getting on the shuttle. Was basic - boiled egg, sausage, toast, juice box, but good enough.
