Right in the thick of it, but quiet enough

Very nice hotel. Artistically designed, with clean, comfortable rooms. The location is perfect all that Sukhumvit has to offer. An easy walk to Soi Cowboy or the many bars on the surrounding Sois. But also easy access to Terminal 21 and the BTS.

I had booked 3 rooms here for my family and all of us had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was excellent, Room was very clean with no odours, along with very comfortable beds and linens. All staff we encountered were always courteous. The street was quiet and a short walk to the BTS, Terminal 21 or Soi 11 if you want some noise. Will certainly stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Nana subway & easy to navigate around the other places of interest. Very interesting activities around the area. The walking journey back along the alley can be quite quiet. Staff were very friendly. Cleanliness was acceptable. Will choose to visit again.

Great location

Conveniently located near BTS Asok and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Also great restaurants around the vicinity. This hotel feels a little like love hotel with certain activities ongoing daily. Anyway, we booked a premier deck room; which was definitely not well maintained. Cupboard with hangers has a layer of dust. Certain corners in the bathroom and room also were dusty and some peeling unknown dirt around the edge and corners. Flooring was rundown and seems dirty, don’t feel safe to be barefoot in the room. Balcony/ patio area was not like the featured picture at all, seat cushions and table have lots of stains and bird pooping. Can’t complain much, you get what you paid for. On the other hand, breakfast was really good and flavourful. All the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
