We loved our five night stay at this immaculate suite with an expansive view of the city and the river. However, the breakfast turned out to be a big disappoinment, especially in comparison with the offer from some other 5 star hotels we stayed in Thailand, such as the Eastin Grand Payathai in Bangkok, or the Adam Hotel Krabi. Early birds would get stale fruits that were precut and refrigerated from the night before; the pad thai tasted almost like dessert, just to name a few. Having said that, the uninspiring breakfast is not our main reason for our great disappointment in this hotel. On a few occassions, we felt the staff's discrimating treatment of us due to our local like appearance (we travel simple). Both at dinner (our only time there) and breakfasts (once) our request for unoccupied window seats were turned down "because they have been reserved", but noone claimed them during our entire meal which took longer than 2 hours due to their extremely slow kitchen. We are avid travellers and we will surely return to Bangkok, however, we will not be returning to this hotel where not all paying customers are treated with the same courtesy and respect.

Everything was great. Lobby design is beautiful. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was tasty. The hot and cold jacuzzis next to the pool were great for relaxing in. There are a separate sauna, and a steam room. The gym is huge and very well equipped, with 1-2 classes per day. The games area included driving simulators, playstations, board games, pinball, darts, foosball, table tennis, air hockey. Big playroom for infants / toddlers. Location-wise, the hotel is opposite One Bangkok (Parades block). Lumphini MTR station is a 5-min walk away, and directly connects to One Bangkok.

I ordered room service, but the order was never placed. I only found out after calling back an hour later, and the staff didn’t proactively update me or tell me how long it would take. The service felt unprofessional. The hotel is affordable and clean, so it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. But if you’re looking for a luxurious stay or strong customer service, this isn’t the place.

Stayed for 3 nights in a Premium King room. Really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms was fantastic - comfy bed, very clean and well set out. We took the Onsen pass - it was great, very traditional style Onsen. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the service in all parts of the hotel was top notch. Games room was great, had afternoon tea in the lobby and dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Hotel had everything we needed, will definitely be staying again when we’re next in Bangkok.

It was a lovely hotel with great amenities although it’s worth knowing that it’s dry. There is a 7-11 in the foyer of the office block where you can buy wine/beer and if you are having an event they will serve alcohol (walk to it from the hotel lobby by going to the non-hotel lifts near the pond: took me all week to work that out). The onsen is great (there’s a female and male one) but instructions would have been appreciated! You can walk to the One Bangkok mall where there are lots of restaurants through the metro station Lumphini which is only about 200m along the main road. Rooms are very comfortable, great pool, gym and games rooms which are included (Onsen is extra). Breakfast is superb and the 50th floor restaurant is very reasonable.

Stayed at this hotel as I’ve seen many good reviews online and heard from friends about the it being new. The children facilities are awesome! We spent everyday at the games room and the indoor playground! The outdoor pool is nice for kids and they have 2 jacuzzis as well which is sheltered. Breakfast press is also very good but it gets abit boring after staying for 6Days. The location is not recommended if you prefer to walk around and there is no shelter to One Bangkok and with the traffic, it’s a hassle to get to Siam Parahon area. Would not recommend if you have no kids as it’s not linked to any BTS station. The hotel gets very busy on weekends.
