Most of the staff were amazing. The hotel was clean and the views surreal. The breakfast buffet options were superb they had something for everyone all ethnicities were considered. Overall experience was great.

Staff in the morning buffet could be friendlier, especially the guy at the grill. He was standoffish and a bit rude. Otherwise, beautiful hotel, amazing view of the city. I wouldn't say this is a family-friendly hotel.

Brilliant hotel

The service was incredible and they provided drinks vouchers for the sky bar in return for making an error with our room booking. The room itself was very spacious, though just starting to show its age slightly as the shower temperature was uncontrollable and the wardrobe light was sparking when opened. The facilities were excellent and all in all this was a brilliant hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
