Excellent Family Stay – Highly Recommend We stayed at this hotel for two weeks with our children and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully catered to families with children, which made our stay extra comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight—safe and enjoyable for both adults and kids, with plenty of space to relax. The location was also a big plus, conveniently close to a shopping mall and other amenities, which made outings easy and stress-free. The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower room floor could be quite slippery, especially for younger kids, so a bit more safety padding or grip would be appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. A great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

The property is a great stay! The guest services are all great. Everything was a smooth transition from the check in process, to the transporting of luggage, and even event recommendations from staff. Parry at the front desk assisted me the majority of my stay, she took care of all of my concerns properly, she's outstanding! The staff is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend this property.

Great stay at this hotel! Very family friendly- pool with slide and shallow area, play room with toys for toddlers and a video game room. Rooms and beds were very comfortable, service was great, would definitely recommend for families!
