Overall the room is okay and clean as expected but pretty modest and old. Close to the airport and only 10 minute from airport. You get what you pay for. My room wasn't at the main hotel but a room in a two story building next door and have to carry luggage on your own when leaving if your on the second floor. There is one little bonus if you want to walk in the morning around the corner is a cute French bakery unfortunately was closed on Sunday morning when I was there. Also around the opposite corner by the 7-11 is a Thai outdoor restaurant serving street delicious fresh Bbq duck slices on rice and green beans - was delicious. temple

My Go-To Bangkok Airport Hotel

Lilac Relax is my first choice for overnight stays near Suvarnabhumi Airport. The rooms are relatively large and comfortable. Airport pick-up and drop-off is convenient and efficient. The price is excellent value for money. The neighborhood near the hotel is nothing exciting, but there is shopping a short taxi ride away and a 7-11 within a few minutes walk to buy last-minute items.

The AC was better than other hotels. It was super cold. The hotel room was big. Free snacks provided. Best part is pickup from bkk airport and they drop you off in the morning. Convenient for a short stay and you get rest before connecting flight.

Excellent for one night layover

We really like this hotel. We've been staying there for years mostly because it is good about picking us up at the airport when we arrive at all hours and good about taking us to the airport when we leave. Never had a problem. The hotel is clean and the people working there are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff and decent property although the surrounding area feels remote. When I travelled in December, airport collection/drop off was free but this time there was a charge. The was no mention of this change.

Family stranded at airport (early flight). Great option, excellent value. The hotel transfer was easy to figure out and the front desk generous and flexible with adjusting check-in/ check-out hours as long as room is available, to accommodate us. Extremely helpful to our situation!

Property was great place with included shuttle to airport. If you get the room with bunk beds it is hard as a rock but the other beds are good. Shuttle bus on time. Staff is great. Rooms clean and AC is good

Charming boutique hotel priced right.. However, I notified manager the ac was not working when I checked in, he examined it said it was ok. It wasn’t! I returned to front desk an hour later to complain and was told mechanic had gone home for the day. Uncomfortable and hot night resulting in lousy sleep! Very sweaty when I arrived at BkK for my flight as a result I cannot recommend staying here!
