we got a free upgrade from the manager but it feel very compacted. i stay many time at the mandarin hotel and i gotten good rooms. As a VIP member for center point , I did not feel welcome as a member or center point.

The lobby looked amazing, all the event rooms, etc. however once we got to our floor where the rooms were it was instantly a different vibe. Very cold feeling, long echo-y hallways. Our room felt the same, all white including the floor, some furniture missing. The windows were high up, like a prison cell. We didn't feel comfortable at all here.

The hotel was lovely. Very elegant and welcominging. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The twin room was large enough for me and my friend and the bathroom was nice. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast. The hotel is opposite an huge shopping mall with many places to eat. The Metro is just a 5 minute walk away. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
