The hotel is not well maintained or equipped, staff are not very helpful, at check in demanded deposit payment in cash no card option, the only thing good about the room was a comfortable bed, restaurant was a complete disaster, worst food I’ve ever had in Thailand. Never again at this hotel.

Room was large which was good. Floor condition was terrible. Hot water kept fluctuating which made taking a shower a challenge. They charged for ice which was a first of all the hotels I’ve stayed at.

Although it is a value for money spot for travelers but trust me, spend abit more to top up and get better hotel. I booked before seeing it's review, indeed the floor tiles are uneven, broken, shower doesn't have strong waters, aircon wasn't that cold until you request the room to be fully air conditioned the whole day. In short, bad experience.
