Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Near a Metro line, but I have to drag my suitcase through rubble. THE BATHROOM IS ACTUALLY OUTSIDE ON THE PATIO. PEOPLE IN THE STREET CAN SEE YOU! Also, some obnoxious locals. I gave back the key, collected key deposit and left.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. The location is convenient, close Sutisan Mrt and restaurants, markets making it easy to explore that area. My room was simple but clean and equipped with all the essentials like air conditioning and a comfy bed, The staff were friendly and helpful, overall, for the price. Nicha Residence is a great value for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I'd definitely recommend it!
