This hotel is located right in the middle of the market area. Water taxi almost right outside. Very short ride to koh san road and chinatown. Two decent sized pools. The hotel itself is huge with about 4 different towers. Dont use their taxi service its an absolute rip off and the taxi staff are rude. Go to the street and hail one...eg. hotel taxi 1500 baht to airport, street taxi 400 including the tolls.

Hotel is average.. a bit dated. We stay twice in this hotel once at start of our holiday and once coming back. Room are nice but dated.. hotel itself looks nice.. A lot shopping areas around. End of our stay we did find some small cockroaches in our room. Staffs are very friendly..

The staff were mostly very nice. the room was a bit old and the bathroom not in the best shape, but the location was central, and we barely spent time in our room anyway. So much to do haha!

I have stayed at he property when there was earthquake 28/3/2025. what I liked is that the hotel is strong and the lobby , pool side is well decorated. But the hotel rooms looks old, lights not working. No floor In-charge, which is a major drawback.

I got a very good price so I should not complain, BUT, there is NO place to charge electronics. We searched. All lights etc. are controlled from an electronic panel- which did not work. There is no Do Not Disturb sign, so I was awakened 2 days. Drilling started at 7am on floor above me. That can be controlled from panel which did not work. Much black mold under the sink rim. Vertical wallpaper was patched with horizontal wallpaper. Good things; very large, king bed, sitting bed, corner view, dining table, meeting area. Great bathtub & shower stall. Awesome water pressure. Generally very quiet except for drilling 1 day. Restaurants were expensive but food was very good. Lunch buffet was excellent value.
