Close to the airport. Convenient airport shuttle that runs every hour. Staff were amazing. Bed wasn’t the greatest (a little hard), but it’s a good choice if you have a late arrival, or early departure.

The pool was nice. The reception area nice. Hallways were dirty carpet. The walls in all the rooms had black fingerprints. Bed was uncomfortable. The tv was fuzzy. Would not stay there again

The worst hotel during my three weeks travel in Thai. Hotel asked 350 baht for lugguage storage and additional 250 baht for the shuttle to the airport. I sent a test message one day earlier., but did not receive response until I arrived at the hotel. The shuttle leaves 60 min interval, while grab is 180 baht and arrives in 3 min. Upgraded room has rusted bathtub, no night lamp stand, with so many mosquitos. There is only 1 power outlet in the room, needed to charge computer, cell phone and battery in turn. Dinging food quality is acceptable. Room aircondtionet drips condensing water on the TV. Stand. Airplane noise level is quite high all through the night.

Need more the one lounge chair at the beautiful pool. Restaurant is fantastic, pasta, beef, Thai good drink variety. Most employees seem to understand English but not so much answering in understandable English.

Bad experience

We stay four nights 9 people in the trip. The first night was terrible. The person in the front desk was angry and moody. We never receive a communication about pay 1000 bath per room for garantee. It's a big surprise. Finally, the rest of the personal is amazing and good attitude but the old woman is terrible. I don't like to talk her anymore. Sorry. I never return this hotel.
