Amazing brand new hotel, with a very fresh look. The rooftop view was amazing. The bed was really comfy. The coffee shop downstairs was lovely as well, I had the best cappucinno ever. Location a bit inconvenient, but very good value for money.

The breakfast was dreadful. Which you have to pay for The concierge John was diabolical. Booked us a boat trip and when we got to the other end they remanded more money and the driver who took us there asked for money. It was supposed to be all included. Fantastic for the price point! The only criticism is that the wifi is very unreliable. But other than that it’s a great place. The pool is nice, the restaurant has good quality food. And the staff are great.

We didn't get much chance to explore the hotel as it was during the return leg to Bangkok on a Thailand/Bali trip and we wanted to spend time outside. if you want to be in the Sukhumvit 71 area, it's great. clean hotel, friendly staff.
