First Floor included; Private Garden, Living Area / Internet TV, Dining Area, Kitchen Area with full equipped (Hood/Hob/Sink/Refrigerator), Toilet and Washing Machine.
Second Floor included; Bedroom2 (4' Bed), Bedroom3 (3'Bed), Bathroom (Toilet &Shower)
Third Floor included; Bedroom 1 (6'Bed), Bathroom (Toilet &Shower)
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have the 3 floors all yourself with full equipped. Convenient for grouped friends or families .Every details in the house we manage with love and passion. We expected you love it as we do.
GUEST INTERACTION:
I've plan to socialize with my guest. I lives at another house nearby so will give you the keys when you arrive or put it in a mail box.
Especially, I will be available most of the time not only will also tell you recommendations about places to visit but also locations of many restaurants where we local Thai people eat too.
Besides, I have the private tours with License Guide to Ayuttaya, Floating Market (by private car), etc and the old Bangkok (by local transportation) so if you would like to travel like a local please let me know after your booking.
NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Quiet family and friendly neighborhood.
NOTED:
-The owner requires a security deposit of THB 5,000 which will be returned to you when you move/ check out. You can also pay in equivalent amount in any other currency which is convenient for you.
- We have opened for guests who will stay at least 3 nights.
- If you have house door/window and balcony door open, you will have refreshing wind, so there's no need to use air conditioner at all.
- Price is EXCLUDING electricity and water usage. You must pay THB 10 per unit for electric bill and THB 15 per unit for water bill. (If you turn on air conditioner only, when you sleep at night then it should be around THB 80 / room /per day.)
- For reservation of 2 weeks or longer, we will provide you with extra linen, towels and blankets. You are expected to wash and change them yourself as often as you like.
- Cleaning during your stay will not be provided. We will however do "deep clean" for free about every week.
Strictly NO SMOKING!!! in the house. Please smoke outside.
