Nice hotel in a busy location

Nice hotel. Good sized room, which was clean and comfy. Decent bathroom, with a large shower cubicle. Breakfast had a great view, as it was on the top (7th) floor alongside the small pool. The offering was good, with eggs cooked to order rather than left out to get rubbery. The hotel's location is interesting, as 100m down the street is a busy selection of bars full of "ladies" of the night. If that's what you want from Bangkok, then it's right on your doorstep. If not, then it's perfectly safe, and interesting to walk past.

Staff was kind and extremely helpful with everything. Stayed in 5 hotels in the two weeks as I traveled through Thailand. This one was my favorite. I plan on more visits to Bangkok within the year and this is definitely my go to hotel for now on. Breakfast buffet was the best and came included with the room. Rooftop pool was gorgeous with great views. Neighborhood was ok. Lots going on and very close to transportation and dining. You will love it.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. The area is close to a train station. It is about 30 minute ride to palace and river. Loved the pool at night and the drinks were good! Breakfast very nice variety. There are bars on the street but they didn’t bother us. Staff was fantastic!

2 night stop over

Lovely 2 night stay as part of our stop over on our way to Cambodia. Hotel is well situated to metro and shopping areas as well as close proximity to lots of places to eat and bars. Hotel was immaculate, room large and very clean with very comfortable bed. Nice choice at breakfast and options for all. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will likely book on our journey home again in 2 weeks.

A gem in busy Nana

Perfect hotel location near BTS on a quiet one way street with hardly any traffic, yet 3-4 minutes walk to heart of Nana are with wide variety of food, stores, bars etc. Had a premium corner room very nice, spacious and with every amenity needed. Great roof top pool and cozy bar next to breakfast dining. Breakfast good with fresh fruits, veggies & various warm foods including omelets with extra ingredients. I would suggest they could add some alternative breads like multigrain in addition to the white toast wheat bread. In all a very nice & quiet hotel for you who wants a nice serene atmosphere.

Is a nice boutique hotel. A bit off the beaten path (out cab driver from the airport got completely lost) but a nice slice of Bangkok. Nice pool and restaurant on the top floor that was open early for a good western style breakfast (included) and late for drinks. The staff were fantastic, only downside was the location vis-a-vis is very close to a pretty dirty, noisy area on the city. Easy commute to restaurants and shopping by Grab (definitely worth getting the app) or Tuktuk or just walking. Good food isn’t hard to find (avoid the open air bars unless you are looking for a date) and great restaurants are available at Central Embassy mall which is about a 20 minute walk or 4 minutes on a tuktuk (don’t pay more that 100 tbh)

Hotel was excellent esp the staff. To get to restaurants or shopping you go past the prostitution bars, turn at the dildo sales stands, and pass lady boys. Not a knock on the hotel and lots of other premium hotels nearby but a bit odd by western standards.

Decent hotel for a stay in Bangkok with nice pool

Nice clean hotel. Food at pool wasn't the best but when we raised concerns about dish, they removed it from bill accordingly which was nice without having to ask as plate wasn't edible. Other dishes ordered were fine.

A warm welcome back. Rooms are all decent and I appreciate the pool area which is nice and sunny. Food is sadly mediocre but in Bangkok there are plenty of options.

The Key is a great hotel to stay. It is located about 5-10 minutes by walking to a train station. Easy access for Grab. The rooms we booked were clean, had comfortable beds, pillows and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom had counter space to store products which was convenient. Breakfast was also good, with a big spread. There are a lot of dining options nearby.Overall had a good stay in Bangkok, would definitely recommend.
