Room was great, on the 20th floor but overlooking nana plaza so could still hear the bass from the music at night. Not enough to stop me sleeping but was noticeable. Bottles of water were refreshed daily and all staff were very friendly .

Great hotel, very kind and friendly staff, you feel very welcome and supported. However I had a premium club room and I needed to work every morning and the internet was terrible, I had to use hotspot, the tv was very old style, not what I would expect for a 5 star hotel and there was no sofa. I had friends staying in 'normal' rooms and they had better facilities.

Smoky on first night but staff moved us. Restaurants are wonderful, tasty food and attentive service. Hotel is quite nice. Area is seedy; a very active red-light area.
