Very nice hotel and a staff that goes above and beyond. For one the air conditioning is just amazing as soon as you walk in the lobby. Going into the room is like going into a quiet, peaceful space inside the chaotic nature of Bangkok. The room was a good size, the quality of the furnishings was great, and again the staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I wanted to attend Muay Thai Lessons and the sourced many options and I used these recommendations. They helped book taxis with pleasure. I tried the SPA and it was fantastic. Great location, great food within, close to the metro, in the heart between Terminal 21, and not far from Siam Shopping area. What a great location and facility.

Love this hotel who did everything they could to make it a comfortable stay. Renovations now complete and it has added to the experience. We unfortunately arrived just after the earthquake struck Bangkok so check in was delayed as hotel had been evacuated. Not the hotels fault.
