Here is why 3 stars = The hotel has a strange smell in the lobby and hallways. The rooms themselves are pretty nice for the price you pay - clean beds, but towels seem to have some wear and tear to them. I think the best part is the upstairs bar and restaurant. Very nice vibe, decent prices. The surrounding area is safe.

This is a great budget hotel place with walking distance to EmQuartier. The room are of decent size and it is recommended if you're traveling on budget/self-paid. However, be prepared to walk almost anywhere as the road leading to this hotel is always with heavy traffic. Half the time of staying in here is I walked literally everywhere or I get down at the main road and walk back to the hotel. Overall, the staff service can be improved in terms of pleasant friendliness, but the hotel amenities and cleanliness are pretty good!

Staff are the best. Jen in the kitchen with the other 3 girls awesome. Mai in housekeeping amazing just like other. But Manager is the worst. No comunication, no empathy and they charge me 1000bath for no reason as a deposit. But descriptions said 1000bath for pets. (I didnt have any pets). Even i gift them 2 night that i didnt used this guy from managing refused to help me fix the issue. Manager -0, staff 10.

Everything is beautiful. Every member from the staff are the best. From kitchen, front desk and housekeeper, (NO LIE). Only 1 problem is the manager. I try to contact him before my stay for a confirmation but never replay my emails. Also i give them free 2 days of my stay by my mistake I try to fix it and after 5 hour of my concern he send the front desk to tell me that there was nothing he can do. But beside that stay was good and perfect staff. Manager -.0.

Excellent Stay

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and will stay there next time I am in Bangkok. Excellent location, great facilities and very accommodating staff. I ate breakfast in the restaurant all 9 days and was always greeted with smiles from Taddao, PU and Dit. Taddao and PU remembered what I ate each day and had my food prepared as soon as I walked in. Made me feel like I was at home.

Have stayed here several times. It is a good, but not great hotel. But it is great value considering the price. Rooms are a little small but good layout. PROS: Price, Location--proximity to EMQuartier area and Thonglor, great bed and pillows. CONS: Rooms are a little dark and I had issue with little bugs on coffee area.

Lovely Hotel with great staff

Hotel was great , rooms ok , no handtowels which I found strange , for overall comfort I found this hotel to be good value for money , location was good , but the complimentary shuttle service was not available , and the restaurant is nil and void not open , excellent shop to get essential items next door . Tops store , great fresh produce , the carpets in the hallway of the hotel was full of stains , and smelt mouldy , but as the hotel was in a clean area this can be an overbite , quiet and perfect for my needs , I would definitely recommend and stay here again .

To finish my 3 weeks in Bangkok, I decided to stay in a nicer hotel. It felt short of expectations and definitely was not worth the extra cost. The room was small, no space to really put laptop, no place to hang pants (only shirt or jacket). Absolutely NO view, 4 meter in front of the window is a big concrete wall… On the positive side, as everywhere in Thailand the staff was very nice, the neighborhood is very nice, the internet was fast, there was a good choice of TV channel. The hotel is pet friendly: During my 4 days, twice dogs bark after me while I was at the pool ?!? It is like the pool was their domain and other’s presence “incommode” them… Also, I didn’t appreciate that guests put their dog on breakfast table… dogs walk in the street (where they urinate, defecate, people spit, etc.), it would be similar of me putting my shoes on the table. I don’t think it would be much appreciated.
