It is a temporary site for the homeless in Bangor. It was super gross to be surrounded by them at breakfast. And to think that they sleep in the beds that all the other people. I was so upset and my family felt unsafe.

The room was good. Nice & clean. However, our mini fridge door would not stay closed. We had to use tape to keep it closed and to keep our drinks cold. Also, the security lock on the top part of the door was broken. There was no screw on the bottom of it. These things were mentioned to the person at the desk when we checked out.

The floors in our room could not have been mopped. When we were walking around in our socks they got black from the floor the night we checked in. Also we ask for no cleaning while we were out and they came in the room anyway. Our last day we were eating our breakfast and literally got thrown out of the breakfast room because the owner wanted to have a staff meeting, definitely not good customer service.

Stay was great, staff was friendly, everything went smoothly. The pool having multiple open windows, so that it was freezing in the pool area because it was 50* outside, was the only true complaint… as a family with small kids who wanted to use the pool that made it very difficult to enjoy for any of us.
