Within a 200 yard walk you are at the top of Big Birch chair lift to start your day on the slopes. While in the condo you can enjoy the foosball table and bumper pool table, located in the loft. There are gas fire logs providing a romantic atmosphere and a wonderfully equipped kitchen to enjoy homecooked meals. This is the lowest priced 2BR with loft Reserve unit available - a great value. No smoking, NO pets, max occupancy is 6. *ONLY TWO(2) PARKING PERMITS PER UNIT. VEHICLES WITHOUT PERMITS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE* 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
