Located less than three (3) miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, this home provides easy access to winter favorites like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and sledding. In the warmer months, hiking and mountain biking are big attractions at the resort. Buckeye Recreation Center, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort are a few other local attractions within a short 15-minute drive. The charming town of Banner Elk is five (5) minutes away, with fine restaurants, local shopping, and conveniences like grocery stores and gas stations.

The main living area is centered around a stone fireplace and a large HDTV while also maintaining stunning mountain views through the many windows. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king-size bed, an HDTV, private access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an HDTV. On the lower level are two bedrooms, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. They share a full bathroom. The lower level features a spacious den equipped with a pool table, foosball table, a Multicade Arcade game machine, ample cozy seating around a large HDTV, a wet bar area, and a sleeper sofa that accommodates two.
Three (3) dogs are welcome at Overlook Pointe, with no weight limit. Pet fees will apply. A dog crate is available at the property. Access to the home is up a flight of 6 steps.
