We've created this space to be your perfect Beech Mountain vacation rental, whether you're seeking winter ski adventures, a peaceful work-from-mountain escape, or quality family time in nature's playground. Our slope-side home is ready to welcome you with all the warmth and comfort you need for an unforgettable stay at North Carolina's premier mountain resort.

Come make yourself at home at our Beech Mountain retreat - we can't wait to share our little piece of Blue Ridge Mountain paradise with you!

Notes:
• Stairs required - access the house from parking via exterior stairway and
landscape steps. Inside we have the original spiral staircase between levels.
• We have a studio apartment on the lowest level. Apart from the shared parking
& stair access to the house the two units are completely detached.
• There are 3 outdoor Ring security cameras at the house for your safety. These
are located at each of the 2 lower-level entrances, and one monitors the stairs
to the top deck / main entrance. There are no cameras inside the house.
• **Winter Weather** Beech Mountain gets 80-100 inches of snow annually.
4WD / AWD vehicles & snow chains are strongly recommended Oct to April.
• Check ins / Check outs on a holiday will be billed an additional $100.
• Maximum stay is 3 weeks. If your > 3-week booking is automatically accepted
by VRBO we will contact / refund you immediately.

Our favorite place at beech!! Avoid the parking lot nightmare!! We park our cars when we get there and don’t move them till we leave!! Tons of games to play ! Everything you need! The fireplace is amazing and all the bedrooms are so cozy!! Great pillows and bedding! So easy to get to the slopes!! Literally just carry your skis a few feet down the road and you are right at the lift!!

We had such an incredible time in this home. Location is perfect for slopeside activities (summer concert, mountain biking, lift access), and the home is as perfect in person as it is online. The hosts checked in often to ensure we were enjoying our stay, and waking up each morning with 3 deer in our yard was an added and unexpected bonus. We will be back!!!

This house was the perfect location for our family ski trip! Just a short walk to the slopes (45 seconds or less) .. We did travel with a baby, and simply blocked off the entrance to the spiral staircase with a chair and had no issues. The house had everything we needed, and the owners were very responsive. Great trip!

Charges for damage we did not do

We arrived to the home with no heat turned on, as a result the internal temp of home was 10 degrees. The pipes were frozen and we had no running water. With several calls to property owner and request for help they had 20 gallons of water delivered so we were able to flush toilets and wash ourselves. I appreciate their help with that. They also reimbursed our first nights stay. However 10 days after our stay I received an email stating that we broke a window, warped their floor and moved the recliner to cover the warped floor. We did NOT inflict these damages on the home. The floors are uneven, and the vinyl flooring isn’t even connected in some places of the house- we thought nothing of this as it’s a ski rental. I’m sure the upkeep is difficult. I am begin dissatisfied in being charged for damages we did not do. This was a quiet family vacation, we cleaned and took great care of the home during our stay.

Amazing location for skiing!

We had a group of 7 Adults for a ski weekend. This was by far the best place we have stayed at so far!! Your steps from the quad lift!I love that the bedrooms are all on the lover level.This allowed for early risers to enjoy the living room area without waking anyone up.The living area and kitchen were very large and accommodated everyone! The gas fireplace is a lovely feature. Well stocked with tons of games. The house was very clean upon our arrival and our host answered all questions in a timely manner. We will be back!!

Amazing location and cozy home

Really loved staying so close to the slopes. It’s just a few feet from the ski lift. Couldn’t get a better location. No need to visit the crowded lodge for food or drink, the house is more convenient with your own provisions! The place was clean, updated and warm. We will be back.

Great location (short walk to ski lift) and very nice, updated house. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of steps to get to the main level (3rd floor) of the house which wasn’t an issue for us but did make it difficult to unload and traverse with ski boots on.

Great place right on Beech Mountain!

Great home right at the base of Beech Mountain. Walk to lifts and base where there’s a brewery with live music and Adirondack chairs and fire pits if you want to bring your own drinks and just hang out. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Especially the beds! The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The only issue is the spiral staircase was a bit difficult to maneuver, especially if you are carrying groceries up. The rooms and entrance are downstairs and the living room and kitchen are upstairs so it is not the best layout. But was fine for us. Wouldn’t recommend for elderly or even small children. Otherwise great place!
