Wonderful Spring Break getaway. Beautiful accommodations!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The cabin-like condo made it seem like we were on a mountain wilderness retreat; while the nearby waterparks made it feel like we were at the beach. We loved the convenience of the shuttle service to waterparks. We also appreciated the skywalks to get to other areas of the resort. There was so much to do here. Some free, some at an additional cost. All-in-all, this vacation retreat offered the convenience of an “all-inclusive” resort at a very affordable price.

Terrible customer service

Staff rude and disrespectful. Continued to be bothered to purchase a condo. Received call asking if we needed anything so said we could use some more towels, the true reason for the call was to try to get us to a meeting once again to purchase a condo. We called reception hours later to ask about the towels only to be rudely told that’s not how it works wash your own towels that’s why you have a washing machine in your room. Then when we went down to the pool, right in the hall near our room staff is talking about us. They offer free movie rental down in the lobby we went down to get a movie. My daughter wanted to see Ku Fu Panda and the rude gentleman tells her the movie is dead. Who says that!!!! Could of just said sorry that movie has been checked out already is there something else you would like to see. When we went to check out of the hotel we asked to speak to a manager to complain. Jessica the manager at the time had nothing but excuses for the poor customer service. Not even a sincere apology was given. Clearly they do not want repeat customers. I would never recommend nor stay here again. I feel robbed of my money as it was not a cheap trip.

Great experience!

We had a great time! The place was beautiful and very clean. The only negative thing I would have to say is two of the dresser draws were broken and not much heat made it into the master bedroom. Other then that, it was perfect!

Very nice and roomy!

The place was really really nice. Plenty of room for the whole family. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. We have stayed in the presidential suites before and really love them. Over all the unit was really nice. Could of used a little more cleaning (bedroom ceiling fan had a lot of dust and bedroom light had spider web on top of lamp shade) but other than that the unit is extremely nice and comfortable.
