Trés décus !

Appartement paraissant clair propre et lumineux d'après les photos.Détrompez-vous !Des travaux sont en cours avec des échafaudages derriére chaque fenêtre !L'agence SH Barcelona qui gére la location ne nous a pas prévenus des travaux en cours, bruit tous les matins à partir de 08h30, impossible de se reposer sereinement.Leur site web pour recuperer les cles bugue, ils nous annoncé un retrait gratuit des clés alors que le site oblige a régler 70 euros, beaucoup peuvent tomber dans le panneau et payer pour rien, ce que nous avons bien sûr éviter mais il a fallu plusieurs échanges whatsapp avec l'agence et même faire intervenir Abritel.L'agence ne se met pas à la place des touristes.Informations peu claires et relances multiples pour avoir des reponses ou precisions.La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas, méme s'ils nous ont proposé de nous rembourser les frais de laverie mais pas de temps pour rester plusieurs heures en laverie.Nous avons pu croiser les propriétaires du logement directement ( ils sont trés gentils ) nous nous attendions a un geste commercial ou une remise sur le prix de la locations vu les circonstances.Aucun retour pour le momentNous aurions préféré être prévenu qu'il y avait des travaux.Il y a beaucoup de places de parking gratuites aux alentours du logement.Même l'agence ne savait pas nous le dire ! En nous retorquant simplement que le parking à Barcelone est payant. nous a
