Huoneisto remontoitiin heinäkuussa 2019. Täysin uusi. Sijaitsee vanhassa luetteloidussa rakennuksessa Ramblasin päin merelle päin. Christopher Columbuksen muistomerkin edessä. Paras matkailukohde. Barrio Gotico ja La Rambla tarjoavat matkailijoille etuoikeutetun sijainnin tutustua kaikkiin kiinnostaviin kohteisiin. Sinulla on Dressanes-metroasema 20 metrin päässä. Se on uusi asunto vanhankaupungin alueella ja ylläpitää tyypillistä Välimeren taloa, jossa on moderni ja mukava muotoilu.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location is outstanding. We were able to walk to everything. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be close to all the historic sites, restaurants, and night life.FYI: There are no elevators, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. However, it is posted in the VRBO description.

The VRBO worked just fine for two couples. We wanted to have a view and easy walking in the Gothic District. It was quiet even though it was directly above an outdoor cafe. I do think guests should be told that the condo is on the 4th floor and that there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us, but might be difficult for older people or those with bad knees. Stephy, the hostess, was delightful and very accommodating.

As advertised, clean and spacious. 4th floor accessible by stairs only, so a challenge for anyone travelling with mobility issues. Great location, walkable all over never needed transit or car other than to get to the cruise terminal and even the , it was our choice because 2 kids, luggages and hot. Note that check in process was via connection with an agent so you’ll want to have phone/connectivity access in order to communicate immediately go arrange check-in details (including location of the property).

Perfect Barcelona Spot

We stayed for several days in early March. The location was perfect for touring Barcelona the apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 5. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were easily manageable, and the host was host, Alessandro, was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Winter trip with family

We are a family of 5 with children ages 18-24. We had plenty of space. The owner was very responsive and the apartment is clean with 2 full bathrooms and great showers. The washer and dryer were a wonderful bonus. Location was safe and walkable to sites and metro. Excellent!

Las Ramblas great location

The apartment was large and comfortable enough to fit our family of six. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Alex was very friendly and accommodating. He was very helpful with showing us the best way to get around in the city and introducing us to various restaurants and attractions nearby. The apartment was very close to the Metro, which made traveling to various attractions quicker and cheaper than taking a taxi. The location was the best. It was near the beach/ marina, the gothic quarter, La Boqueria, Barcelona Cathedral and so much more. Parc Guell and the Gaudi houses and high end shopping were only a few stops away when taking the Metro.

Great Apartment, Perfect Location

This apartment on the south end of Las Ramblas was perfect for our stay. First, the manager was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. He met us at the apartment to show us how to access it and to show us all the different items inside. He answered all our questions and even helped carry our luggage upstairs (there is no elevator and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but the staircase is wide and easy to navigate). The apartment itself was very nice and clean. All appliances and amenities worked well. We didn't have any issues, but if we did, the manager was in contact with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well. The location is perfectly situated at the south end of Las Ramblas (shopping and food) with a view of the Ocean. The Metro and bus stops are within a couple of minutes walking. There are two great restaurants located at the base of the building, and both had really good food. We felt safe our entire stay. If you're looking for a place to stay in Barcelona, this apartment offers all the conveniences you need and is close to just about everything without being located in a crowded location.

The BEST Location! Incredible Place!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you want to be in the middle of everything, and especially for a pre-cruise visit like ours, this stunning place off of La Rambla is it. We felt like VIPs walking in to the building each day, and there isn't a better spot to walk to so many different things in town. Amenities inside were great. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Nice flat in great location

Plenty of space, period building with high ceilings, well fitted out, new bathrooms and kitchen, nice balconies, AC, we positioned flat ideal to see all the sites, there was some street construction works going on, but were out all day, so didn't really bother us, thank you to Alex, great stay.

Perfect in every way

Our small family group loved our experience at this property. The location, right at the base of La Rambla and right next to the metro, provides easy access to explore Barcelona. Our host had great communication with us. He reached out ahead of our trip to make sure we had the details we needed and to coordinate welcoming us to the property. He checked in with us throughout the trip and after our trip. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and has all of the essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property & close to necessities

Stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids and it worked out really well for us. This property is walking distance to Trains, close to Gothic Quarter, good restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Only thing to watch out for is that it is a 3rd floor walk up, so if you have any issues with stairs it might not work for you. However, I would highly recommend this property! Alex was a great host and we had a fun vacation.
