With modern decor & comfort at the heart of this well designed space, there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer & ceramic hob. All plates, bowls, glassware and kitchen cookware is provided for those that wish to cook at home.

A washing machine is also available for your ease and the terrace provides an airy space to dry clothes.

Master Bedroom - Airy with a comfy double bed, bedside lighting, black out blinds, plenty of storage, quality mattress & 100% cotton white bedding. Special attention has been paid to the soft furnishings & decoration to ensure a comfortable restful nights sleep.

Bedroom Two - With bold decoration, there are two comfortable individual beds, bedside lighting, plenty of wardrobe space and a small desk area. Quality white bedding, comfy mattresses and pillows.

The main living area is zoned into relaxing, dining and eating.
The bright lounge/ diner is a great space to enjoy a meal together and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
A designer sofa, flat screen TV and plenty of local guide books are yours to enjoy. Local artworks adorn the walls with pops of colour.

We provide all our guests with fresh white towels for your stay, shower gel, hand soap and kitchen basics such as salt, sugar & pepper.

If you are travelling with little ones we are pleased to provide you with baby items from strollers to baby monitors to a baby bath, for a small extra fee - You can request these after booking.

The entire apartment and its amenities are exclusively yours during your stay. The roof terrace is shared with 4 other apartments, but rarely busy.

We'll be there to welcome you and get you settled in. After that we'll be available 24/7 by phone for emergencies and for any issues during your stay you can always reach us via Airbnb message.

Besos de Mar is a tranquil and pleasant residential neighbourhood, ideally situated close to the beach and along the river of Besos.

There is a fantastic shopping centre nearby with many local and international brands and a great hyper market for food shopping and households amenities.

Sant Adria De Besos is well served by public transport both to and from the city centre, the Fira Exhibition Halls, Airport & Train Stations and just minutes from the beach.

- From the Airport the most efficient way to reach the apartment is by train Rn2 - It takes around 40 Minutes and costs around 3 EUR.
- A taxi door to door will cost around 35 EUR and takes just 20 Minutes.

- The centre of the city is easily reached by Metro and takes around 20 minutes to Placa Cataluyna. A taxi will cost around 12 EUR and takes just 10 minutes. And the train take just 22 minutes.

- To the FIRA for the MWC the jounrey time is around 22 Minutes by metro and costs 3 EUR or 12 minutes in a Barcelona taxi and costs around 12 EUR.

Parking is pletiful and there are both paid and unpaid options nearby.

Free Street parking is done on a first come first served basis
