Everything during my stay was smooth and problem-free. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was very convenient for getting around the city, and if you’re taking a cruise, it’s also very close to the cruise port. Overall, a very good stay.

The room was larger than expected. However, the washroom was spilt into two sections. The toilet with a door and on the other side of the room the sink and shower was there but it was separated by a curtain. We loved the lower lever. The front desk supplied lockers for our luggage. There is a beautiful seating area there as well. The food menu is great and so is the price. Overall it was a good stay Location is a bit of a walk to the city centre. However it’s minutes to the marina .

Small but clean room in a quiet location close to public transportation and restuarants. A little bit of a walk to some attractions but scenic along the way. Very convenient 15 minute walk to the cruise port. Rooftop pool required cleaning.

The room was clean. Some of the help was helpful. Some were rude. The bar at the pool was never opened. The pool was actually brown. It looked like it had never been used in years. We had to switch rooms because the first room. The shower backed up while my husband was taking his shower gross. It is actually in a bad part of town. We felt unsafe outside of the hotel. We had heard that it was walkable to the cruise ship pier it is not.
