This beatiful and new apartment has an exceptional position by the seaside, offering one bedroom and a sofa bed, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is located in the Vila Olimpica district, built in 1992 to host the athletes coming to Barcelona's Olympic Games. In this area there are some of the best restaurants and bars, and you can find close-by shops and groceries.
There is also a parking place for a medium-size car, available for the guests with an extra cost.

APARTMENT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES AND COUPLES
This stylish and newly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In total there are 2 accommodation beds, one in a separate bedroon with a comfortable double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room.
There is one full modern bathrooms with a shower.
The living room has a cozy atmosphere to dine or just relax. Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and an espresso machine.
The kitchen is perfect for family needs. The apartment is situated on the third floor with a lift, so no problems for your suitcases!

Tourist tax in Barcelona has been raised to 6.05 € per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 days. This tax must be paid the day of your arrival.
Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.
