It has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two singles), a bathroom with a bathtub, a very bright living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen.

It also has a washing machine, dryer, internet connection and air conditioning.

It is located two minutes walk from the Sants market in a very quiet pedestrian street. You can catch the metro at Plaça de Sants, a 7-minute walk from the apartment, which will take you downtown in less than 10 minutes.

The apartment itself was fine for the price and the location was convenient for our needs. However, we had a major issue as there was only ice-cold water available throughout our entire stay. Despite our messages and multiple requests for a fix, the host ignored us, giving us some phone number to call, but they ignored us totally, which I find very unprofessional. While Marina was pleasant during the check-in process, the communication regarding technical issues was non-existent. I want to warn other travelers that if something goes wrong, you might be left on your own without any support or response from the management. Communication is definitely not their strength.

Not as advertised

Listing was not as described. Very dingy, literally every piece of furniture stained. Trim coming off of wall with nails sticking out. Thin walls and on a pedestrian walkway where you could literally hear every conversation. AC was only in the living room. My son moved to the (stained) couch after the first night because the 2nd room was so hot and we closed off the hall with the 2nd bedroom and bathroom to try and get the apartment to be cooler. Didn’t work and I put a mattress in the floor in the living room just to be able to sleep. So there was no AC in the bedrooms which was not listed. It’s not peaceful and quiet as was said in the listing. The 2 stars is for the location, that’s it. The hair dryer was not only broken, a piece was missing and I’m lucky it didn’t suck up my hair. It made a horrid noise and smell and I was afraid it was going to blow up so it was not usable. I bought a new one for them and hopefully will be reimbursed as promised. As well, check in was not pleasant. I’d told them I would text when leaving the airport but they said I’d agreed to meet at a certain time, which could possibly have been a language issue but then the agent was still late. She was not friendly and no apology for being late. A week before, I received a text with no identification saying I needed to pay through a link they texted me. Thought it was a sc and all sorts of confusion to clear that up. In all, I’d never stay here again.

Nice property but noisy location.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood, very lively and next to a great market. Otherwise, the stay was very nice, there were enough towels, dishes, etc. The check in process was smooth and I was allowed to check in early, which was wonderful after a 10 hour flight. Some of the improvements that could be made: due to the apartment 2nd floor location, there was a lot of street noise echoing from the concrete floors of the ramp directly opposite to the apartment's windows. The windows I think were single pane, therefore providing very poor noise insulation. There was a coffee maker (poorly designed carafe would spill coffee while pouring it into the cup). There were no coffee filters provided- it would be nice to have some for the guests.We had to go and buy 100 coffee filters which we didn't know what to do with after we moved out. Also, it would have been helpful to at least have some salt in the apartment.
