The place was nice and large. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths! We loved that part. I think the # of towels for the time there and having to buy extra towels was a bit over the top. We had to change to a different room b/c our room had a funky odor and they were accommodating to get us to a higher floor by the next day. My son was having an allergy to the smell sadly. The second to last day we had two cockroaches in our bathroom:(. They had maintenance come out to look for the source and left a bottle of wine as a nice gesture but there should have been a credit. Praying no bugs made it in our bags. I really thought the place was super clean the entire time so this was shocking. Lastly, if you arrive early you need to leave your bags at their main office. It's nice that they provide this yet the office is 10 minutes away by car to the location of your rooms. Location of the place is close to everything in La Rambla and the security of the place is excellent. Again, overall it was clean really clean until the bug issue and the staff was attentive. Give it a try!

We booked the EnjoyBCN Colon Apartment specifically because we were traveling with three families and needed three bedrooms with a private bathroom for each. On paper, this apartment was a perfect fit for our group. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. We were staying on the 4th floor, and during our stay it rained on and off. There was an active roof leak in the master bathroom, directly above the toilet and sink area. Brown water was dripping from the ceiling. Sitting on the toilet meant water dripping onto the back of your neck, which is obviously unacceptable and unhygienic. We immediately raised this with management and stated clearly that the bathroom was unusable. Management disagreed and told us it was “totally usable,” which we strongly contest. We did not use the toilet or sink in that bathroom at all for the remainder of our stay due to the conditions. Given that we paid for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom setup and effectively lost use of one bathroom, we asked for some form of compensation or goodwill gesture. Management absolutely refused, despite the situation. Bottom line: The location and size was great, but the lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge a very real maintenance issue was disappointing. A leaking bathroom with dirty water is not acceptable under any circumstances, especially at this price point. We would not book again and would caution other families or groups to proceed carefully.

Our stay here was perfect. Apartment was spotless, beautiful, and awesome location. There was everything we could need available. The apartment is beautiful and the best part is the location and how easily accessible it is to other attractions. The house is nicely cleaned & kept. Katrina and Mario communicated, but not in an over bearing manner. A goodie bag was left with chips, oils, & laundry soap, but I was most impressed with the 2-ply toilet paper and how well I slept in my bed. Thank you!

The apartment was huge! Great to have so many extra beds and two bathrooms. The rooftop pool was small, but well decorated and we had it to ourselves. They delivered breakfast each evening and were responsive through WhatsApp when we had difficulty getting in. Very clean.

Great group stay

A fabulous stay. Great central location, through a gated passage that is locked at night for safety. The apartments were clean & had everything we needed. Loved being able to use the pool & rooftop space before a day out or after for some chill time. Definitely recommend & would book again when in Barcelona.

Excellent place to stay

This apartment is very spacious for family of four. Easy checkin. Our flight got un early and communicated through WhatsApp and was able to leave our luggage whole they cleaned up our room. Air conditioning works great and bathrooms are very clean and shower heads were excellent. Walking distance to the beach, Gothic quarter and La Rambla . We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again.

This property was great for our family of 5 there were three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were spacious. The roof top with the pool was nice too! It rained while we were there and there was a leak in the ceiling that dripped on one of the beds but the staff was quick to bring us a fresh set of sheets. Would recommend staying here.

The staff is great, the area is a mix of rentals and residential units. Unfortunately, tourist lack respect and scream all through the night which makes residents scream out tge window. 12am to 3am is very noisy

The property was very nice. 3 BR/2 BA accommodated our family of 6 well. Nice touch was the rooftop mini pool. Staff was extremely helpful in providing a place for us to keep our luggage before our apartment was ready. Our experience couldn't have been better!
