Nice hotel in a good area. Looks a bit shabby inside at Reception and the e dining area. Rooms could do woth redecorating. Amenities good. Easy to travel to the centre from. Area around the hotel is shabby too but quiet. Overall a good experience but not as good as other Holiday Inn Expresses.

The hotel was good. Everything was fine and the room was always clean when we got back to our room. The internet connection was the only bad thing and also there wasnt s selection of choices with the breakfast.

"My family and I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. We had reserved two nights for 4 people, as we are a family with a 2-year-old baby, a 4-year-old, and a 13-year-old teenager. When we arrived at the hotel at 12:30 in the night, the receptionist named Oscar treated us in a cold and disinterested manner. Despite our situation, he showed no interest in helping us or providing a solution. Instead of offering a friendly solution so that the kids could sleep, he insisted we make another reservation for an additional room. The complete lack of interest in our comfort and well-being as guests made our stay an extremely negative experience, and we do not recommend this hotel to other travelers."

Hôtel bien situé, proche du métro. Petits déjeuner inclus, un peu répétitif mais très bon. Les lits ne sont pas confortables et le canapé lit trop bruyant. Mauvaise isolation, le bruit des couloirs et de la route sont dérangeant. La literie n'a pas changée pendant tout notre séjour (les enfants ont tâcher les draps en mangeant, ils les ont simplement retourné de sens sans les changer) pas très agréable pour dormir
