Check in was difficult because the address is sit 1. The check in was at sits 2 it is 10mins walk from one to the other. My mobility is not good the walk was difficult. Crack in basin in room. Everything was old and shabby. Asked for extra pillow not available.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very inconvenient check-in, we stay inotel 139 but have to check-in at main hotel 153 which is 5 min walking. Hotel 139 has no elevator then guests have to carry their luggages by stairs.The rooms are too small and no shampoo and shower gel

I arrived and there was no one at the reception. I had to get the key from another hotel up the road. There was no hot water for tea or coffee available. At night, it was very noisy and I could not sleep well. Also I got bitten by something on my leg in two places. Overall it was very disappointing experience.

I came in late at night, single girl, at 11.30pm, I was told to go to hotel 153 to 'check in' when I questioned this, the desk check in clerk was unbelievably rude and insisted that he'd emailed me telling me to go to hotel 153, when I asserted that I had not received any such communication he told me I either went there or found other accomodation, at that time at night! .. its a horrible unsafe place, the management need to train staff on customer service, and get rid of staff who do not have innate public service skills,.. AVOID THIS HOTEL AND ITS PARTNERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Check in is at a neighbouring hotel down the road. Not specified at time of booking Rooms were clean but had strong smell of bleach. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Badly advertised as 2.5 stars when in reality the receptionist informed it is 1 star.

Not Real Hotel

This is falsely advertised as a hotel. Real hotels have a staffed front desk. This one was affiliated with a hotel 2 blocks away where we picked up a key and had to walk back. The entry was dimly lit and it took awhile for us to find the key sensor. The lobby reeked of cigarettes. There was no elevator so we had to lug our bags up a staircase. The room was dismal and in need of repair. We slept little due to a poor bed and a low mechanical sound that drummed away all night.

This property should not be advertised as hotel! It is better to sleep on train station floor than stay at this hotel. On top of everything very rude and impolite staff, not willing to help. Expedia helped me to change hotel next day.

Did not have a good experience with staff. I only stayed here because it was close to the airport and I just needed one night before I flew out the next day. Staff offered no early check-in despite the room being ready and had us just sit in the lobby lobby that is in an entirely different building than the one in our room was in. Check-in took an absurd amount of time for no reason. Not friendly staff

I am very disappointed in this hotel and Expedia for false advertising This is not a hotel people it is a hostel! I finally arrived after 7 hours or travelling and had to walk 2 blocks there and back with my luggage up and down stairs to check in as it’s in a different location than the actual hotel! That was not advertised and for hotel prices it was loud my AC didn’t work my TV didn’t work it was basically a dorm with separate bedrooms I was woken up at 1:30 by people arriving the location is very nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
