Room was very nice. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast buffet was without question, the best hotel breakfast buffet of all times. And i was a catering chef for 40 years. Dinner at the restaurant was also way above average. A wonderful experience with you guys for or 20th anniversary trip. Many thanks.

The doorman are amazing, they are so helpful, respectful. They truly stood out and hope to get taxi cabs and directions on where to go since it was her first time here at the Gothic center. We were a group of five with handicap accessible, and they truly went out of the way to take out their time to help my parents on the luggage. Staff on the rooftop and breakfast were amazing as well and very courteous. We had an issue with one of the rooms having a funky smell, and I went down to the front desk and politely told him what was going on and they’re very happy to do a room change and extremely helpful with checking us in.

호텔은 깨끗하고 예쁘고 위치가 좋습니다. 다만 체크인시 별도의 충분한 안내가 없고 qr코드로 직접 확인해야 하는점이 불편하고 2박을 했는데 하우스키퍼가 둘째날 세번을 들어오는 것은 아쉬웠습니다 오전에 청소를 이미 다했는데, 2시쯤 문을 따고 들어와 청소 잘 됐는지를 물어보고, 외출하고 돌아오니 또 청소가 되어있어서 당황스러웠습니다;; 5성급 호텔인지는 모르겠습니다
