Apartment's walls dirty, limited hot water, close to subway

The apartment not as clean as the pictures show, not at all. Water heater worked sometimes, with kids it was a problem. Glad it was hot outside so we could use colder water for shower. Location is not bad, plenty of grocery stores around and subway station around a block.

Sant Antoni Neighborhood Apartment

As advertised, the apartment was 'cozy'. The second bedroom, with bunkbeds, was more like a walk in closet. The lack of working light fixtures over the kitchen area made kitchen work less than ideal. The available hot water forced us into taking 'boat showers', where one gets wet, turns off the water, soaps up, and then turns the water back on to rinse off. The clothes washer is in need of replacement. The first wash we did caused permanent and unwanted changes to some of our garments. We were happy to have earplugs due to the street noise that sometimes went late into the night. On a positive note, the apartment is close to grocery stores, the Poble Sec Metro station and good restaurants. Unfortunately, the nearby Sant Antoni market was undergoing restoration, so we missed out on that. The person who met us to let us in was very accommodating, showing us the features of the apartment, describing local amenities and answering our questions.

Close to transport and everything

Location is very convenient, close to 2 metro stations Supermarket is just around the corner. The house resembles traditional flats of the beginning of the previous century, what is in turn very charming. Some light bulbs were not working, I guess it was done on purpose to bring more atmosphere of the last century. Cafe, and attractions are all around! Very price effective. Highly recommended :)

Great location and value for money.

The apartment was as advertised. The main issue that we had was that we used Hoppa to get from the airport. They will only drop off and pick up from a hotel. This has never caused us a problem before but the rental company gave us the name and address of a non-existant hotel. This caused us a delay in arriving and big problems when leaving at the end of our stay. Apart from that, the ApartEasy staff were extremly helpful and efficient. The apartment is very close to the Poble Sec metro station and also well placed for busses to the most popular parts of the city. The D20 bus was especially useful, although usually quite full. Try the little 120 bus from the other side of the crossroads from the apartment, which takes you to less visited areas on the way to the sea front. We enjoyed the local restaurants and bars, especially The Juice House and Crum. The apartment was clean and, although there were a few maintenance problems when we arrived, these were sorted out the next morning, following a phone call to ApartEasy.

Gute Lage abseits von Massentourismus

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und es wäre eigentlich eine hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung, die alles hat, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Auch die Lage ist sehr nett; man ist schnell im Zentrum und die U-Bahn ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Im Schlafzimmer besteht das Doppelbett aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten. In der Küche ist alles da und im Bad gibt es einen Fön. Die Wohnung ist nicht ruhig gelegen, aber mit Ohrstöpsel lässt es sich gut schlafen. Allerdings dringt nachts Zigarettenrauch von den sich gut unterhaltenden Rauchern der Bar unten, ins Schlafzimmer, weil die Fenster undicht sind. Der Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Sauberkeit. Das Sofa war komplett schmutzig und voller Krümel, gewaschene Wäsche lag noch von den Vorgängern in der Waschmaschine, der Boden war an Stellen nass vom Putzen und das Bett machte den Eindruck, als wäre es nicht frisch überzogen worden. Zum Glück konnten wir uns an extra Bettwäsche bedienen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass man die Kritik ernst nimmt und darauf achten möchte, dass wieder besser geputzt wird.

La visite de Barcelone fut des plus agréable

En ce qui concerne l'appartement très déçu. Le plancher et la salle de bain n'étaient pas propre. Nous l'avons souligné à la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli. Elle nous a dit que quelqu'un viendrait dans la journée nettoyer le tout mais personne. Donc nous avons nettoyé le plancher et la douche de la salle de bain. Une autre surprise nous attendait car il n'y avait assez d'eau chaude pour prendre même une douche complète. J'ai avisé et on m'a répondu très bêtement et en criant qu'un technicien devrait passer dans la journée. Aucun changement pour la douche le temps de notre séjour. La literie aussi n'est pas ce que vous voyez sur la photo de la chambre et dans la deuxième chambre lit superposé plus ou moins confortable. Les murs sont à repeindre donc grosse déception pour cette appartement. Vous pouvez sûrement trouver mieux et plus près du centre de Barcelone. Québec août 2016

Bel appartement mais trop bruyant

Nus avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l'appartement. Celui ci est fonctionnel, assez grand pour 3 personnes et bien équipé. Par contre très très bruyant que ce soit côté rue ou côté patio du bruit toute la nuit les 3 soirs nous avons très mal dormi. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet appartement.

Hat uns gut gefallen

Das Appartment selbst war in Ordnung - Abgesehen davon, dass eine Wand Durch das Sofa etwas verschrammt/mitgenommen ist war alles ok. Allerdings gibt es keine kleinen Löffel ;-) - nicht wirklich tragisch. Die Lage ist top, gut angebunden, kleine Läden, Cafés und Bars in Laufweite. Wir sind einen Tag früher gekommen, als geplant und haben von unterwegs angerufen, ob das Appartement vielleicht schon frei ist: war es und der Vermieter bzw. die Agentur waren super hilfsbereit und völlig unkompliziert.

Gute Lage, mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet aber leider nicht sauber!

Der Empfang durch einen Mitarbeiter war sehr nett, aber der erste Eindruck der Wohnung wurde durch viele Haare am Boden und ein fleckiges Sofa getrübt. Auch die Bettwäsche erschien uns nicht frisch gewaschen. WC und Dusche waren in Ordnung. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung gut, am Rande der Altstadt und gleich um die Ecke ist eine U-Bahnstation. Zum Schlafen sind Ohrstöpsel zu empfehlen, da das große Schlafzimmer zur Straße hinausgeht. Leider konnten wir uns wegen der Sauberkeitsmängel nicht richtig wohlfühlen.

Sehr gute Lage, Übergabe unkompliziert, Appartement ist renovierungsbedürftig, wir hatten bei der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite etwas anderes erwartet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Hausflur, war nicht abgedunkelt, bei Licht im Flur, ist es im Zimmer hell. Haus sehr ruhig und sehr schöner Eingangsflur. Küchenutensilien sehr reduziert, nur ein Teelöffel. Ein neuer Anstrich und ein neues Sofa wären super
