Family trip with kids and elderly

Modern gem in a great location. The owner greeted us when we arrived and used google translate to ensure nothing was misunderstood. The flat was air conditioned, and quiet, perfect for our family of five. A great kitchen with all the required cooking and and eating supplies. The Nespresso maker and complimentary pods were the icing on top. They even provided a welcome basket with milk, orange juice and snacks. It’s centrally located, which allowed us to walk everywhere. We highly recommend.

Great stay in this apartment. Lovely welcome and very comfortable for family of 4. Great location to everything and quite walkable. Metros very close by if you need to use though we didn’t. Great tapas across the road at Bar Bosc - highly recommend this one.

Awesome place!!

My husband and I traveled to Girona with our adult aob who is getting his masters in Spain. Loved this rental. Location was great. All bedrooms have their own bath which was a plus. Quiet location for sleeping and a beautiful view of an old church and lovely gardens. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic apartment in a great Barcelona location

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks at the end of December. We are a family of four, two adults and two 20 year old "kids". The apartment was perfect, great location and plenty of space. Having the washer/dryer in the apartment was a nice benefit. Eloy was a great host, he answered any questions we had and when we had trouble with one of the bathrooms, he was over in less than 10 minutes to fix it. We would absolutely recommend this Barcelona apartment.

Owners very good to deal with and helpful. Property was just as described, if not better and there were no unpleasant surprises. It went down very well with all 5 of us (including 3 teenagers!). We have stayed in Barcelona several times and this apartment and service from the owners was the best.

Love the apartment and location

We are a family of 4 with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The apartment was superb in terms of location. Eloy was a lovely host and was extremely helpful and welcoming. We walked nearly everywhere with our stroller. Kid friendly restaurant were in abundance near the apartment. Beds were really comfortable and the pitch dark quiet rooms were a huge bonus. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and return. Thank you eloy for a wonderful holiday.

Spacious, Comfortable and Quiet

This 3 bedroom flat was perfectly located just 2 blocks off Passeig de Gracia. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The owner, Eloy, greeted us personally and provided useful information regarding local shops and services. The flat was well supplied and Eloy even provided a welcome basket of food and drinks!

Fantastic property and owners

The property is centrally located and is in easy reachability of key cultural and shopping areas. It is beautiful and convenient inside with all the modern conveniences. The owners are the most helpful and courteous people. Will not think twice to rent it again when in Barcelona.

Super clean, comfortable and close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this apartment. it is in a very good part of the city and within walking distance of many of the sites. Even though it's in the heart of the Eixample district it is a very quite apt. It has an elevator and air conditioning. We were there for an early heat wave. When we got there the air conditioner was acting up but Eloy sent a technician over to fix it and it worked great after that. It is a three bedroom which came in handy for us. My brother and his wife at the master bedroom. Then there is a room I took that has two twin beds. My niece took the small room with the single bed when she arrived and that worked perfect for her. The beds for very comfortable and linens we're all white cotton. Very clean. I highly recommend this apartment

Great apartment in excellent location!

My family and I loved this apartment! It is in the perfect location. Easy to walk to many of Barcelona's top attractions. Close to 4 metro stops as well. There is a great little cafe on the same block as the apartment that serves delicious food and coffee. We were a party of six and felt the apartment was just the right size. The owner of the apartment is charming and very helpful. I felt very welcomed by Eloy. He took time to show me the apartment and how to use all the appliances, temperature control and the wifi. There is even a clothes dryer in the apartment!!! It is the first time I have ever seen one in Europe. Eloy even set out some drinks and snacks for my family to enjoy. On the day of our departure, our flight didn't leave until the evening, so Eloy was so nice to even store our luggage for the day while we did some sight-seeing. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona. Highly recommend!!

Great Property in good location

My Mom, brother and I really enjoyed the stay and was good size for the 3 of us. It was also a great centralized location for us and easy parking less than a block away. As someone who also rents out beach houses, I was impressed by the personal touch from Eloy the owner. He met us at the property, helped us move luggage and spent time sharing all the great things to see in Barcelona by outlining areas of interest in a cool wall map. The apartment was clean and very quiet to be located in such a busy area. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment in Barcelona!!

We have traveled as a family to many European countries over the past several years and this apartment ranks as one of the best we have stayed in! It is large, with 3 bedrooms (comfortable beds) and great living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including coffee and tea and three different ways to make/brew your coffee and espresso! Eloy was gracious on arrival and explained the city map and city structure, left us treats of food and wine for us, and suggested local restaurants to enjoy. Linens and amenities were wonderful. The smart television is very nice and large, and the internet is fast and dependable! The location is also superb and one can walk to many sights and the shopping is fantastic! The Gaudi Sagrada Familia famous church is a 10 minute walk away and well worth the visit - get your tickets ahead of time. I highly recommend this apartment.

Très beau séjour et appartement extra

Cet appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier très agréable qui nous permet de faire beaucoup de visites et ballades à pied. Appartement calme, ensoleillé, très propre et propriétaires très agréables. C'est une première pour nous et cette expérience nous encourage vivement à recommencer.

Lovely stay

We have just had 4 nights here with our two girls. Lovely welcome from Eloy and the apartment was much bigger than we had thought. It was very comfortable and a great spot for visiting Gaudi works. Plenty of places to eat close by Tapas 24 and Cafe Emma were great. Beds were all very confortable and a great place to relax after a long day out and about in Barcelona.

Excellent condition and in great location!

Everything was just as promised and suited our family very well. Eloy met us and made sure all arrangements were in place and answered all questions. The condition of the apartment was excellent and we were well pleased with the kitchen and the washer and dryer. On departure, Eloy arranged for us to leave our luggage for later pick up since we were leaving late in the day. This location is excellent. This is an area that I have stayed in previously full or restaurants, shopping, and a seven block walk to La Sagrada. It really couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable spacious and great value.

We had a great stay at this property.it is spacious, clean comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Eloy met us at the apartment and took lots of time showing how everything worked and telling us what to see and do while in Barcelona. The location is outstanding. Centrally located - we walked to everything easily and the street and building are charming. We could see the Sagrada Familia from the apartment. There's a great market within a block and lots of great cafes too.

Beautiful flat in a very nice neighborhood

Eloy was waiting for us to check in when our cab arrived. He left us milk, juice and biscuits for a snack. He told us about restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Wifi works great. Lovely flat with plenty of room for the 5 of us in our family.

Lovely apartment, fabulous location

Eloy and Maria's apartment on Calle Mallorca is very clean and well equipped and wonderfully situated a few blocks from Passeo de Gracia. Eloy met us and oriented us to the apartment and the neighborhood. He also left snacks for us -a taste of Spain- which was a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Un appartement agréable et bien situé, propriétaire charmant

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description, avec plein de cafetières différentes, un wifi performant. Calme même si situé en plein centre. (On peut quasiment tout visiter à pied) A quelques minutes des "casas" de Gaudi. Nombreux magasins et restaurants tout à côté. Propriétaire charmant.
