This beautiful apartment offers space and calm in a prime location. With 3 bedrooms, a double sofa bed, and a stunning 25m² terrace, it’s perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy the city in comfort.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a large living room, perfect for relaxing and spending time together after a day exploring the city. It features 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, plus a double sofa bed, offering flexible space for families or groups.



In the morning, natural light gently fills the apartment, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. During the day, the 25m² terrace becomes one of its most special features, ideal for starting the day slowly, enjoying breakfast in the sun or simply unwinding outdoors. It is arranged in two areas, one with a dining table and another with comfortable seating.



The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, allowing you to enjoy the apartment at your own pace. The bathroom is practical and comfortable. High ceilings enhance the sense of space, and the apartment is well prepared for all seasons with central heating, powerful air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Wonderful stay in Barcelona!

Lovely, spacious property in the heart of Barcelona. Huge living space, located next to shopping, metro. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous location and place

My family and sister stayed here for just under a week. The apt is lovely, clean, cool even in the summer heat. The kitchen is perfect for simple meals in. The check in with electric key is just the best! Location is perfect setting off point. Walking distance to most neighborhoods or easy Metro. We will be back!

Beautifully Decorated Space with an Outdoor Deck

Our stay was wonderful and we would strongly recommend the location. We could catch buses specifically destined for the airport —Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 — right outside of the apartment. The bus ran every 10 minutes, making this a great travel feature. The apartment has everything that you need. The common living room is very large, making it a perfect spot for a family. The outdoor eating and lounging spot made for a terrific place for breakfast or for ending your day with a glass of wine. We could also dry our washed clothes outside. The apartment was decorated in a lively and inviting style, something one doesn’t get a lot, with other rentals. It should be pointed out that it is necessary to have data on your phone, in order to enter the building. It’s a smart apartment. We did not have a foreign cell plan, so to initially gain access to the apartment, we had to purchase data with our cell phone provider. Understanding the smart phone entrance system was a little confusing at first, as it was new to all of us (our 20/30 year old kids were with us and they had never seen that system either).

Muy lindo departamento, muy bien ubicado. El apartamento es bastante amplio y está bien equipado. Hay un supermercado, estanco, bar de tapas, panadería todo en la misma calle. El metro está a la vuelta de la esquina. La Rambla está a unos diez minutos a pie. El registro fue fácil y el anfitrión nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos.

We had a fantastic stay at Alejandro's apartment. The apartment is fantastic and in a great location for exploring the city. Everything was easy including the keys to the door which can be accessed on your phone. The open plan living area and the terrace were our particular favourites, as well as the beautiful decor! Well decorated fun space. Alejandro is really accommodating he even put in some ceiling fans for us! Location is perfect, close to stores, transport, bars,restaurants. There seems to be some construction going on in the building during the day. Would stay here again.

Very nice and comfortable house, The host is super friendly and flexible for check in, I’m in Barcelona many times a year and i can swear I’ve been never sleeping so silent like in this apartment. Nice and quiet terrace that is not over a street so you’ll have zero noise at any hour. I’ll book again this place for shore.
