During the 1920s, the area was an important entertainment centre with theatres and music halls that attracted Barcelona's working class. Today, it is a lively neighbourhood with a wealth of bars, restaurants and shops.
Within walking distance of the flat, you will find tourist attractions such as the Teatre Lliure, the Mercat de Sant Antoni and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. You can also easily walk to the famous Blai street, known for its tapas bars and festive atmosphere.
For food lovers, in and around Carrer de Blesa there are many typical tapas bars and restaurants, such as Cerveseria Catalana, a Barcelona institution, where you can enjoy a wide variety of tapas and local dishes. We also recommend trying the paella at La Tía Cebolla or the patatas bravas at Bar Seco.
Transport in the area is very convenient, as there are several metro stops nearby, such as Poble Sec (L3) and Paral-lel (L2 and L3), as well as several bus stops. There is also a funicular stop that connects to Montjuïc mountain, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city.

Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
-The apartment upstairs is doing a minor works, it is possible that there may be noise between 8 and 18.00.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
