BARDOS, C534: A beautiful house for a holiday with family or friends, located just 15 minutes from Bayonne. This house will delight you with its tasteful amenities. The house opens onto a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area, a dining area (seating 6), and a lounge area with a sofa and TV. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, all with queen-size beds (160 cm) and storage. The bathroom (bathtub, shower, and double vanity) is also upstairs. There is a separate toilet upstairs.
The covered terrace, with its summer kitchen, allows you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is also a fenced garden and children's play equipment.
WIFI INTERNET ACCESS - PETS ALLOWED - NO HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POINTS
Adjacent to a hair salon - Do not park in the salon's parking lot
Smoking permitted on the terrace - Bicycle parking available
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out by the owner upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
