Hotel is in good location. Walk to the old city, and near shopping area. Close walking distance to water front as well. Hotel staffs are very kind and very helpful. Only comment is it needs a little update on the carpet and bath room. However daily house keeping is good proving nice clean bed and bathroom. Overall we had good staying at Hotel Oriente and we would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back.

This hotel was booked for my niece as a part of multi city trip. There was an unexpected countrywide train strike that day of check in, which resulted her not being able to travel from five hours away. Hotel management was contacted by phone and e mail immediately about this force majeur situation, as well as the hotels.com customer service. Neither one was able to resolve our refund request. Material side of the request was not as important as the understanding expected from the related travel institutions. Did not have a chance to experience the hotel, so the rating is just for the response of hotel management in Bari.

Perfect location for us. Quietly out of the way but super close to all the action and bustling. Quiet at night which other hotels didn’t seem to have. Fantastic view on rooftop terrace. Great place they have hotel breakfast at. Super friendly staff. Even to us Americans 😉

Not a 4 star hotel. Dated , [1950s] staff unhelpful. One had to be convinced to call restsurant i wanted instead of his friends restsurant. Worn carpet in room. Breakfast fine but not ss good as other 4 star hotels i had just been in. Would not stsy agzin considering price

Ok but Not sure good vfm , for £130 / night

Disappointing that there were limited if non existent tea making facilities in the room, an d if there were then definite no milk capsules for making tea with milk. Small shower, no in room heating, and no restaurant dinner available on a Sunday . Breakfast ok
