O hotel no geral é bem organizado, os quartos são bem limpos, o café com bastante variedades de alimentos. Porém, tive uma experiência ruim no momento do check-in, o quarto com cama de casal que havia reservado com antecedência e pago, não havia mais disponibilidade, apenas com cama de solteiro.

O ar condicionado funciona, porém não tem regulagem de velocidade, ele só liga, desliga e venta muito forte. Não seria um problema grande se não fosse direto sobre a cama. Passei a noite inteira ligando e desligando pq o calor é grande mas o vento do aparelho é muito forte tbm. Não dormimos nada.

O quarto é bom na média: camas confortáveis e lençóis limpos. Além de banheiro com tamanho bom. O ruim é que estava com cheiro muito forte de cigarro. Nem.sabia que era permitido fumar no quarto. E ainda tivemos um incidente com uma barata, que nos recebeu quando abrimos a porta do quarto. Fora isso, solicitamos mudança de quarto, em virtude do cheiro forte de cigarro, mas não obtivemos sucesso. Também solicitamos talheres para poder jantar. E também não tivemos sucesso. Não havia um garfo ou colher disponível, nem de plástico. Acho que para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas aqui no aplicativo, tá muito fora do padrão. No máximo, 2 estrelas. Um quatro estrelas deveria ter tb um elevador, e não tinha. No mais, café da manhã com o principal. Não é muito variado, mas está adequado ao custo-benefício do hotel. Come-se bem. Destaque para as tapiocas e omeletes da cozinheira. Muito bons.

O quarto estava limpo, a equipe foi gentil. Porém o controle da TV continha apenas uma das pilhas, o que impediu o funcionamento da TV. Uma das toalhas de banho estava bem desgastada apesar de limpa.

Problemas na reserva do quarto pelo hoteis.com, reservei o quarto com uma cama de casal, me deram duas de solteiro, mas que foi rapidamente resolvido pelo hotel. Infelizmente, o box do chuveiro vazava água para o banheiro e o Wi-fi do hotel é PÉSSIMO, não conseguia assistir um vídeo sequer
