Omg where to start. Get told on the phone (as each time i stayed here i call to confirm.) That as long as I book through expedia and pay with the same credit card that there will be no deposit. Now, I get here and its 200 on credit or 500 cash...... like Seriously the room only cost 99$ for the night. Then the parking infront of our room gets taken. Got told they cant contact the person... um, then why take down my licence plate number? The bathroom floor was stained with soap scum same as the shower, the fridge in the room.has frozen everytbjng. Including very expencjve medication. Have been bit by several somethings since checkjng in can only guess its fleas or bed bugs. The pool stunk and so did the hot tub. Dont stay here. Save your money and go else where.

Our first room had a big stain on the bedspread black hairs. Our second room had a whole in the wall the bathroom door has the paint all scratched off, the light switch in the bathroom is not safe. The breakfast is right at the front door in the winter it is so cold you can't sit there.There was a hockey team in the hotel the children were running up and down the halls all evening yelling screaming pushing the luggage cart with kids riding on it, the front desk could not control the situation,we couldn't even get near the pool. I will not ever stay here again.

The staff were very friendly when we checked in. We thought we had a drive up to room, but the large King room is not available to back to. That was fine, we used the luggage cart. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit dated, but well stocked and clean. There was only one small shelf left in the fridge (who steals fridge shelves) and the freezer was packed with ice. The turning table in the microwave does not turn, but we were still able to heat our meal. We had a two night stay, and the cleaning staff cleaned the room after the first night. The Breakfast is great and tasty. The chef does a great job. The heating cooling fan is a bit loud but we were able to deal with it at night. We would certainly come back.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Dirty and smells like smoke. The guy who is at the breakfast spot is also super rude and selective to who he says good morning to.

Checked into our room o find that it hadn't been cleaned. Beds were unmade and floor needed vacuuming. Front desk upgraded us to king room with pullout couch. Everything in the room was worn out, poorly maintained and dirty. Sink clogged, bathtub shower walls stained, multiple drywal patches on walls (extremely poorly repaired), door to get in and out of room bent enough to the point that you had to force it shut. Bathroom door had overspray and stains on it. 3 light bulbs burnt out. Paint runs/streaks around window frame. Don't think the painters used tape, extremely poor workmanship. Whoever Days Inn are using to maintain this property should be replaced. If you like the bright white harsh hospital lighting look then this hotel is for you. Extremely sterile feel to this bright white l.e.d.lighting. The only saving grace was that the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Days Inn corporate should have more supervision of their franchisee's properties. We expect a higher level of standards from a chain such as Days Inn. The cost of this room was certainly not justified.

It was what I expected for the price I paid. This place is older and well used, but well kept and clean. The access to the hotel was difficult due to construction, but that will end. Good friendly service from all the staff I met.

Terrible. It took 45 minutes. Only one lady at reception. She turned down multiple people at 2:30 telling them to come back at 3:00 pm causing a huge lineup as multiples families were checking in due to a hockey tournament for their kids. Like, all rooms are only available at 3:00?! A second one arrived at 3:30 and finally got the line moving.

This hotel is in need of serious renovation. Rooms and common areas are old and dingy. Plus, there is no elevator so if you are on the second floor, prepare to carry up your suitcases.
