Don't recommend if you have Good expectations.

First the room selected for us was at the front of the hotel where multiple people were smoking constantly. They were also using this area as a hang out on their phones so the noise was excessive. We asked to change rooms to something not on the first floor. They did move us to the 2nd floor right above the smoking area again. The lady at the front desk was away from the desk for 30-40 minutes at a time. The breakfast area was too small and too many tables. The food was terrible and very little to offer. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained. There was dried liquid on the wall beside the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The AC smelt like smoke. the pillows were terrible. Overall one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Room was moldy, damaged. Faucet leaked, shower head leaked and was damaged. Coffee cups were not wrapped, there was no bottled water to be had in the hotel. Vending machines were mostly sold out of everything. Overall a very disgusting hotel, period!

Unfortunately in the middle of the night, around 3 am. We were woken up by people yelling and slamming doors outside our room, 105. Also early this morning whomever was above our room had children pounding around constantly on the floor. This was very loud and annoying. I guess there is no kind of sound proofing between floors. Needless to say our actual sleep was disturbed many times.

My boyfriend and I only came in around 1-1:30 in the morning but in all honesty the parking lot was easy to find parking. The hotel it self and everything in general was 100% clean & friendly definitely will be coming back

This place full on sucked. The only good thing was the front desk attendant. We got our money back within the hour of checking in. Mold in bathroom, evidence of bed bugs in the bed, and holes in all the walls. Every sheet, blanket and pillow case was stained. Horrid place . People in and out while we were there at midnight. Looks like people live there full time and questionable individuals all over. Place also smelled like old smoke.

Upon Check in, the front desk clerk told my boyfriend his card was declined. She told him in a « not so gentle » manner. She then proceeded in charging the « damage deposit » manually onto his card. Then, she told him once again, that the card was declined for the full payment. Tho she had just charged the card for the damage deposit. We asked her to try manually. It went through. There was bad smells in the hallways. Room 219: had no cups for the coffee maker. The bathroom door kept getting stuck on the bathroom floor. It looked like the floor was water damage and bulging up. The tub was made in a way that when we stepped in, our feet would slip every time. (Round edges in the bottom) The tv remote control was broken which made turning on the tv very difficult. The end cover was missing and the infrared light could not communicate with the tv unit. The hôtel tried fixing it with tape instead of replacing the remote control entire. The bed headboard had hand prints all over it. Although we had asked for room attendant service on our first day, no one came by to replenish our toiletries or towels.

This property is not accessible for people with disabilities which I wish i knew seeing as how I was travelling with someone who needed the use of an elevator. They informed us after checking in and paying the deposit that we are on the second floor and must take stairs, which were also unsafe as they are uneven. They did not offer to move us to the first floor. My pillows has what i think were blood stains, the overall appearance is old, needs a paint job, and the floors and stairs are extremely uneven. When i called to have a refill of our soap bottle (empty upon arrival), there was no answer so i went to the front desk and she said I should have brought it down for her.

Great stay and BREAKFAST!

Great value and we had a nice stay. I was very impressed with the continental breakfast bar and Matt our host there. The kitchen and dining area was very clean, well stocked and organized and Matt was attentive the needs of the guests.
