It was okay, didnt help that they had no parking in the evening due to a hockey tournament and kids from the tournament were up until midnight making noise which made it hard to sleep.

Very clean & to me that’s the most important. The girl at the front desk was very professional & very nice. Easily accessible right off the highway. There is a restaurant on site but there are also other restaurants near by. Sit down restaurants & fast food. Not walkable distance which is fine. Malls are not far either. Highly recommend!!

Decent family hotel

We have stayed here several times over the years in the winter to ski close by. The staff are kind and helpful but they are no match for the hockey parents that do what they want with their vehicles in a tight parking lot in a snow storm. A bit of chaos to get in and out. Nice to have breakfast in the morning. Bathrooms are not maintained and we had issues with the shower and with the toilet. For these reasons I can’t give top marks despite the great service and kind staff.

I didnt like that there was a picture of the hot tub usable, but after we checked in we discovered the hot tub was cemented over. I chose this hotel with using the hot tub in mind. I didnt like that I was unable to get a refund so i could go to a hotel with a hot tub. Unless i wanted to loose $400 of the money spent to stay for the 2 night. I also did not like that i thought i was booking a king suit with a pull out sofa. I would of chosen a room with 2 queen beds if I knew i wasn't getting the king suite. I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were.
