My room was not ready at 3 as promised. The wedding shuttle was at 325. I missed it. My room was still not ready at 345 so i had to getvtaxi to venue to make it to ceremony. I have no idea if my room will be ready when i get back. It is now 945 and i am at wedding with ky auitcase. The lady at front desk was rude and unhelpful yet took my 250 security deposit. Worse experience ever. Who knows if i will have room snd Inprepaid and she told me to get ready for wedding in libby washroom. This is not Hilton standard. Worse ever.

The staff is absolutely caring and nice Little disappointed when got to room the door was broken(still safe) but couldnt believe they would keep as is and not care about appearance. bathroom a bit out dated, need new shower head and get ride of the tubs (yuck)

Recommend for your Stay in Barrie

Wonderful spacious room. Everything was crisp and clean. The breakfast is pretty darn good and came with the room! Nice pool area and hot tub to relax in. The exercise room was well above average. Will return to this hotel in the future!

We typically always stay at this hotel when coming to Barrie but the overall condition of the building and cleanliness has declined significantly. The rooms need a deep clean immediately and the building needs to be better maintained. I don’t think we will book again unfortunately due to these reasons.
