The $250 'security deposit' was a little ridiculous. All of the other Hamptons we've stayed in were $50 on this trip, and im not quite sure what this location offers that justifies that. But whatever. Friendly staff, clean and what you'd expect otherwise.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms ( I stayed an extra night and changed to a different room for my final night) were quite large and comfortable with everything you need. Overall was quiet even though sports teams were staying there, so quite happy about that. The most exceptional part was the staff at the front desk and at breakfast. So accommodating, helpful and friendly… especially the lady who helped me st the front desk two different times. I believe her name was Jane. Forgive me if that was incorrect. Will definitely stay again as I have family there to visit

We asked for a 250.00 cdn deposit on a 1 night stay. Front desk claimed new policy by manager. Website states 50.00 deposit. We not pleased with this. Still waiting for deposit refund at this time.

It was ok. The suite was clean, but the dresser had a drawer that slipped off the track, a wobbly side table. The QR code to figure out hotel services was annoying to have to scan every time, and there was no room service available. No hotel branded pen and paper like at less expensive places. And the 'designer' toiletries were limited. Streaming services for the TV were stated in the QR code menu, but there was no way to access them. BUT the breakfast was tasty and plentiful with both hot and cold options. And the pool and whirl pool were clean and in good working order, very enjoyable even if not a salt-water pool.
