Clean. Friendly staff. Outdoors area - well what do you when you get loads of snow? Parking areas were mostly cleared. Sidewalk at front entrance was very clear. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service one morning which made the trek down the stairway difficult for us being mobility challenged. Will stay again next time we are in the area

iced areas outside property making it a slip hazard , minor odor coming from toilet system (should investigate cause) a little bothersome. otherwise fantastic stay and staff thanks for everything you do for us to be comfortable as at home. Buffett breakfast should include everything including eggs etc. as other major hotels do by the way, it may cause me too look else where for my next travel which will be for 21 days.

Overall great stay. The only issue I had was with the breakfast. Home fries where rubbery and under cooked and no flavor. bacon was over cooked but the eggs where done right. My spouse had the pancakes and they where very bland and dry.

The property was fine but we had extreme noise issues with neighbours who fought all night. Made first call to front desk at 12:40 am. Load noise slamming doors going in and out of their room. Front desk said they would make a call. Fighting continued tried calling to front desk at 2:25 am no answer
