Get what you pay for.

Shower didn't switch on. Had to use the bath. Breakfast was lack luster compared to other hotels we've been to. Otherwise the hotel was fine. We just needed a place to sleep for the night, so this did the job. Overall, I'm not disappointed, as the price point was very good.

Booked thinking there would be a heated pool based on advertising and online searches but can confirm the pool is not heated, it was in fact very cold. The rooms are okay but the halls smelled of marijuana.

It's okay but you can do much better

The hotel elevator was broken. The shower in the pool room was broken. The gym was rundown and the breakfast only offers bread, bagels, and cereal. No eggs, no meat, no fresh fruit

Housekeeping was so rude

Front desk staff not friendly at check in. Didn’t really look at us. We couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on. Both of us couldn't figure it out. We called front desk for help. House keeping was supposed to come. Needed to call again because was waiting to long. She finally came. Was beyond rude. She rushed in the room, past my mom, turned on the shower, looked at me, said absolutely nothing, and stormed out of the room. My apologies for not knowing that we had to pull on the underside of the spout to turning on the shower. But the rudeness of the house keeping supervisor was not called for. She did not say one word, rushed in the room and stormed out. We said thank you. She didnt say your welcome, she said nothing.

Overall not bad but customer service was terrible. The only lift was not working which was unfortunate but guests were meant to lug their luggage up flights of stairs. I did not mind but l had to assist an elderly lady left to struggle with her bags when hotel staff left her to manage alone - very poor customer service.
