Nice new hotel, no frills but breakfast was excellent. Rooms were small and pillows were lumpy. Staff were very friendly. Location was bland - in the backyard of a Home Depot.

Have stayed here twice now and love this place. Will say that this visit my TV was broken. They tried hard to fix it but couldn't so they upgraded me the next day to a newer suite (I was staying for 3 days). Highly recommend!

We arrived at the hotel at check in time, then went to Casino Rama for a concert. We arrived back at 12:30 pm after drivinf through the ice storm. We just wanted to relax and sleep. The room next to ours had loud tv or music for a good hour after. I could even hear it through my earplugs. Finally, at 1:30 am, I called the front desk to report it. The nouse stopped soon after. Are not guests informed to not be loud especially at that hour? A fitfull sleep, only 4 hours. I felt that this hotel would not have had this issue. It's a wonderful hotel, my daughters wedding party and guests stayed here last year, and no after-hour noise at all. The front desk was quick to quiet them down, but we were so annoyed tgat there was an issue.

Short and sweet stay! Great staff!!!

I came in for the night to attend a concert at Casino Rama and had an excellent stay at the hotel! The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and everyone else I encountered in the hotel were super friend and ready to assist if needed. Loved my stay and will be back for sure!!!

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room and facility were clean and well stocked. Even though we stayed there (3 people in 3 separate cars), during a bad snowstorm, we all found enough parking and the walkways were always clear
