The facility is barely functioning - unfinished construction/remodeling everywhere. Couldn’t even get a “do not disturb” sign for the door (the front desk attendant said they just don’t have any).
We tried to check in an hour early and were told it would be a $20 early check in fee. We were then told that our room wasn’t even ready. Check in is at 3.00 so We then came around 4.15. We were then told that our room still wasn’t ready and it would be another hour or hour and a half. We went back again at 5.30 and the room was finally ready. When getting directions to the room, we were told we had to take stairs as the elevator did not work. Since we have someone who uses a walker, I let staff know that the room on the third floor would not work for us. She then gave us a room that would not require stairs. During our stay we had to go to the front desk every day as one of the 2 keys we had weren’t working. There were also other guests in the hotel that were extremely loud at all hours of the night. There were dogs in one of the rooms that would bark at 2.00 and 3.00 in the morning.
I also asked for extra towels and was told that someone would bring them to our room, but they never showed up.
We will not be staying here again.

I called to let them know it would be late when we checked in only to find out I did NOT have a room due to not having any housekeeping!! 10:30 at night with a 7 yr old only to find out we would be sleeping in our car thank you very much. Exactly what we did. They didn't even have the decency to let me know they had cancelled my reservation! I would definitely not recommend this motel to any one. The man on the phone refused to call the manager and really didn't seem to have any concern for me.
When I arrived it took 3x of pushing the ringer button for the desk clerk to come to the desk. On my way to the room it smelled like marijuana, I couldn’t breathe. Stains on carpet, trash in bags next to the containers because they were overflowing. Noisy in the halls and when I went into the room the lights did not come on. I took the key card back and told him I can’t stay. I didn’t care if I got my money back. It was disgusting!
Water was a little chilly other than that was a pleasant stay,booked the room and paid $76.87 then when checking in was charged an additional $31.22,

Unsafe and dirty
Hallways smelled like weed. Room had 2 queen beds, only one had sheets and blankets on it. 2homeless families living in their cars in the outback parking lot. Unsafe area for families. We only stayed less than a hour and checked out.
Beds were comfortable. Drain did not drain well in shower, no refrigerator, elevator was not in working order. Picture on the website are deceiving, shows a fridge. Did not say the elevator would not work.
I will sleep in my truck before staying here ever again
Plus, you have to pay extra just for a microwave and refrigerator

The facility is still working to transition i think. You could see where somethings still needed completed.
They didn't have refrigerator and microwave in the room for leftovers. The TV had dark places in the screen.
The room was clean, the air kept it cool with the really hot weather outside, the bed a as clean and comfortable, check in was quick, house keeping was really nice about providing towels and supplies, and the pool was just about perfect.
Plan to stay here again when we come to Bartlesville for family.
This hotel is not a 5 star hotel but I can see it moving in that dirrection. That being said, it was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff was amazing. They are under new management and I can see the improvements being made. I spoke with (I hope I get the names right) Tammy and Debbie and they told me about what is panned as far as renovations. They were so sweet and we had such a good conversation. The staff at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to come back next time I travel through Bartlesville.
Entire building in disrepair and should be closed to the public until all issues fixed. Bullet holes in wall behind check-in/check-out counter; Missing security cameras; Only one staff member onsite; Building smells and had zero amenities.

doorlock broken, toilet broken when we arrive , no housekepping first then i been angry they change towels , manager promise new room but it was full booked so we need to stay in that ugly room but get a free night
