Located in the heart of Barzio, a picturesque mountain resort, this house is an authentic retreat near the renowned Piani di Bobbio ski slopes and just a 15-minute drive from the picturesque Lake Como. The apartment has a bright living room, a kitchen complete with a dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Well stocked and spacious, it can comfortably accommodate groups of up to five people, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Free private parking and easy access by car make your stay even more convenient. The strategic location of the apartment also makes it close to shops, restaurants and the bus stop that goes directly to the chairlift for the ski resorts.
Located on the second floor of a condominium dedicated to short rentals, with a total of 20 beds, the apartment offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Please note that there is no lift.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
