Convenient location and very friendly staff but room was not well maintained with dried toothpaste in the glasses and a shower with mould & rust that leaked across the floor. The F&B space is uninviting and devoid of atmosphere - such a shame given the beautiful views.

The property was close to that airport and was a nice clean facility, but aside from the pool there was not much the property had to offer. The beach here is not swimmable, the location was not really close to much and so you’d have to taxi everywhere for about $20 one way. The little convenience store at the hotel could definitely use an upgrade, I bought a razor and a canned juice and was charged $20 so it seemed a bit excessive plus nothing was labeled with pricing information in the store so that was not helpful. The staff was generally friendly and booked us a taxi when we requested and also let us check out a bit later which was nice and because we only planned to stay 1 night this hotel was suitable but for a family on vacation or someone staying looking to stay multiple nights the location and lack of facilities or amenities may be the biggest downside.

Our stay at the Koi resort was amazing, the property was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our time. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday especially Cherilyn Harvey who helped to decorate our room for a surprise birthday decor. The food was we ordered was delicious and service was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here!!!!

Basic clean hotel

Nice hotel for a good price. Breakfast was fair. Our room was clean without a balcony “ Mountain View” is rooftop of entry carport. Nice gym.

The property has a very good gym, and the rooms are modern and high-quality as you would expect from a Hilton. Unfortunately the location is not good, on the very windy Atlantic coast, with no beach to speak of, and the "pool" is more of a murky pond. The breakfast buffet was terrible, and extremely poor value for US$25 each.

Beautiful location, nice smaller hotel. Front staff all kind and helpful. Restaurant is a little expensive with smaller portions and servers seemed a little disenchanted. Location is 5mins from the airport but a 10-15min drive to the port and 15min drive to Frigate Bay so not walkable to anywhere but you can hire the hotel transport for a very reasonable price and excellent drivers. Would definitely recommend - overall excellent value for a good price.

This is my second stay in a two month period (first was for my father’s funeral) and very enjoyable this time. The service was AMAZING and the rooms gorgeous, large, updated and well kept daily by the service team. I choose stay here vs the Marriott (over priced) because of the staff who treat you like family and the food. I did not give it 5 stars because the continental breakfast could include more proteins (chicken, beef, fish) as options, if possible. Cherilyn gave impeccable service to my rooms as well as ALL of the staff!

Not well maintained but acceptable value for money

Location is not great, you would need a car to everywhere. You cannot go to the beach because the stairs are broken and they haven’t repaired them yet. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Koi. We appreciated the large room with view, comfortable bed, rainfall shower, abundant AC and great service. Pool area was nice and we found breakfast quite convenient before heading out for each day’s activities. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly return next time!

Property is beautiful. A little far from the shopping and other activity areas and limited activities in the hotel. Great if you're looking to relax and rest. Hang by the pool. Food on site was great but only one dining option.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the pool. The only thing we would like to see change is access to the beach. Other than that, its a great place to stay.

The hotel is isolated and far from anything---(a $20 US cash one way) shuttle ride to town and beaches. The hotel has a pool but no one uses it. It looks more like a Zen Pool for decoration and not for leisure swimming. The water was dark and it did not not look like it was properly filtered as I saw many bugs floating in the dark water. There is ABSOLUTELY NO BEACH ACCESS at this hotel or anywhere near it. The one good thing about the hotel is that is feels safe as it is gated.

Did not like the people who worked their attitude, they tried to make me pay for a cab service even though I paid their driver. When I asked to call their driver since they said i didn’t pay , they refused and told me to go . Hotel is a bunch of scammers

The Koi is a decent hotel to stay. Staff are friendly, and the pool area is beautiful. We were there for 5 nights and our room was never replenished for coffee, water, or soap. The mugs in the room were only rinsed and put back. The hotel is waterfront, but there is a barrier and it is not accessible. They do have a shuttle to another beach, but since we had a car we just drove around ourselves. There is not much within walking distance.
