Nestled at the intersection of Agliani Road and Pastoreccia Road, our family villa is a hidden gem, bordered by the charming Corbaia river and surrounded by a private 3000m2 garden.

In this green and peaceful residential area, you'll enjoy absolute tranquility while being close to shops and attractions of the city. The 1970s architect-designed house is a perfect blend of comfort and style, offering a warm and elegant setting.

The ground floor apartment, with an independent entrance, welcomes you into a fully renovated 33m2 space. The 17m2 main room, bright and spacious, is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a dressing room.
