Unfortunately you warned us around 5:30 p.m. on the day of your planned stay that you would not come. We have put your rooms back on sale but we have not been able to sell them, otherwise, of course, we would have made a commercial gesture. But wouldn't it make more sense to file your claim with the company airline?

Merci pour votre avis, et content que votre séjour se soit bien passé. Par contre, il est impossible qu'une personne puisse fumer à la réception, il y a des détecteurs de fumée, une alarme sonore se déclencherait si c'était le cas. Cordialement
