The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room.

felicitations à Chiara , Milka et Jean Pierre tres pros et efficaces Honte aux propriétaires pour leur mesquinerie envers nous qui sejournons 6 nuits comme en 2025 les faits et la conduite ANTI COMMERRCIALE de ces propriétaires: Nous demandons à participer au réveillon du 31 décembre et de beneficier de la promo affichée partout et annoncee par l office du tourisme de Bastia; le cout du receillon sans hebergement est de 190 EUROS mais une promo avec un prix special pour l hebrrgement du 31 dec est offerte . Nous demandons d en bénéficier . LA REPONSE AHURISSANTE DE LA PROPRIETAIRE : PAS POSSIBLE CAR VOUS AVEZ RESERVE PAR EXPEDIA MAIS JE VOUS METS EN LISTE PRIORITAIRE MAIS VOUS DEVREZ PAYER 190 EUROS PAR PERSONNE SOIT 380 EUROS ET 160 EUROS POUR LA CHAMBRE ! Hôtel à recommander sur BASTIA

Hôtel très bien situé. Arrivée tardive à cause du bateau retardé mais veilleuse de nuit exceptionnelle ainsi que la réceptionniste du matin et l’équipe du petit déjeuner buffet qui est délicieux. Merci à tout le monde ! Je recommande fortement cet hôtel et je reviendrai dès que possible pour tester le SPA cette fois ci !

Chambre sur la mer très bruyante : sans climatisation : très chaude or la climatisation centrale n'était pas fonctionnelle donc on a trop chaud et on dort mal , ou on a moins chaud fenêtre ouverte et on dort mal à cause du bruit La direction nous a mis sur l'arrière ( vue médiocre) avec un ventilateur . Un très bel hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute, le restaurant et le salon détente sont lumineux, avec une décoration moderne et très sympa. Les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet offrent un grand choix de salé et de sucré, une grande diversité de qualité pour les goûts de chacun. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu goûter aux plats qui nous donnaient envie sur la carte car le restaurant était fermé midi et soir durant notre séjour. Les chambres sont d’une taille plus que correcte, le petit balcon avec table et chaises bien agréable, la salle de bain est spacieuse. Je dirais juste qu’il manque une crème hydratante pour le corps, et un frigo déjà existant qui refroidisse suffisamment. La piscine et le jacuzzi un vrai plus pour se détendre à toute heure, et la salle de sport n’a rien à envier aux grosses chaînes - l’équipement y est incroyable, il ne manque rien, un coach est même sur place pour vous accompagner au besoin. Un parking gratuit est à notre disposition. Tout le complexe est d’une grande propreté, il est entretenu avec soin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous ne manquerons pas de recommander ce bel établissement.
